Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead audit engagements, ensuring quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and guidance.
- Supervise audit teams, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Review financial statements, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and accounting standards, incorporating them into audit processes.
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification RA preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA)
- Minimum 6 of progressive experience in external auditing.
- Proven track record in managing and leading audit engagements.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dutch language skills is a plus.
